5th Grade Campout

• Registration opens Mon, Jan 4 at 8:00 PM right here on this page. You can open the form early and fill it in; the Submit button turns on at opening time.
• One registration per campsite group. If your family and another family will share a site, one of you registers both families. Don't register the same families twice — duplicates are blocked.
• First come, first served. Every registration gets a number in the order it arrives. When you submit, you'll see right away whether you have a guaranteed spot or are on the waitlist (and your place in line).
• Pay only when your spot is confirmed. Confirmed groups pay online by the deadline. If you're on the waitlist, please don't pay — we'll email you a payment link if a spot opens for your group.
• Site preferences are welcome but not guaranteed. When two groups ask for the same site, the earlier registration gets it and the other gets their next choice or the closest open site.
• Site assignments and the campout guide go out by Fri, Jan 22.

Each site holds up to 8 people, so most families share a site with one or two other families. Your partner could be a friend from last year, a new classmate, or a family new to Travis.

Need a partner? No problem — register just your family and choose "Pair us with another family." We'll match you up after sign-up.

Not camping overnight? Come for the day! You don't need to reserve a site — just purchase a day pass at the park entrance. There are also RV parks and hotels nearby if you'd like to stay close by and join us during the day.
